We use only the best DTG printers available to produce the finest-quality images possible that won't wash out of the shirts.

🔸 CARE INSTRUCTIONS

For best results, we recommend washing inside out in cold or warm water with like colors. Dry on low to medium heat or hang to dry. Please, do not use bleach or Oxy Clean. Do not iron.

Due to the custom nature of our products, unless the item arrives damaged or defective due to printing errors. We do not accept returns or exchanges that: - Customers do not clearly mention the customization requirements. - Customers set wrong sizes. (Every item is custom printed on demand as you order them. Please be sure to check size charts and measurements for the best fit. ) Should you need assistance please contact us prior to purchasing so that we can help you achieve that perfect fit. We are always happy (and quick!) to help answer any sizing and fit questions you may have.

TURN AROUND TIME

• All of our shirts are made to order, just for you!
  • Embroidery: + Please allow 3-5 days for processing + U.S. SHIPPING – Arrives in 5-7 days (maybe sooner) + INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – arrives in 1-2 weeks (maybe sooner)
  • Graphic Printed Shirt: + Shipping time is from 5-7 working days in the US. + International shipping time from 10-15 working days.
• In order to better serve you, some items may be shipped in multiple packages.

SHIPPING POLICY

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once an order leaves our warehouse, we lose control over it’s whereabouts and speediness of delivery. If your package appears to be lost/stolen or damaged, please contact USPS or UPS directly (click here).
• We are not responsible for any customs duties or import tax.
• Please double-check your address and be sure it is correct. We cannot replace or refund merchandise shipped to the wrong address or marked as undeliverable. If your item is returned to us and you wish us to resend it, please contact us for a reship invoice.

CANCELLATIONS

• We are unable to cancel or edit orders once they are placed. Please be sure your address and sizing selections are correct prior to check out.

– Avoid using strong cleaners as they may cause fading and damage to the fabric and design over time. – Priotirize hand washing as it is typically the safest method for caring for printed design/ embroidered clothing.
